Our Story
The Chocolatier started in a small Christchurch kitchen with a thermometer, a marble slab, and an obsession with getting it right. Every batch is hand-tempered, hand-poured, and finished by the same pair of hands that started it.
We number every batch. We write notes about every one. No shortcuts. No fillers. Just chocolate worth eating slowly.
